Saturday morning - 2x20mins and core
Saturday afternoon - 4K run and stretching
Sunday morning - alternate 1min sprints, rate 32
Monday after college - half an hour erg then 15mins of core
It feels sooooo good it’s ridiculous! This pain I’m constantly in is so satisfying, it makes me happy to know that I’m taking this seriously and that 2013 is going to be the best season, I will make the A boat, even if it kills me. Might also be aiming for a cheeky sculls championship by September. Fingers crossed!
